Our team of professional cleaners

The Team is headed up by our Managing Director, Ruth. With a background in sales and marketing and then training in high end cleaning, she set up the company in 2018. Working alongside the operations Manager, Arran, and their senior team, they have the support of a great network of staff.

We value all our staff, paying the national living wage, offering more than standard holiday, having regular staff events and meeting everyone monthly in the offices. All staff are DBS checked, fully insured, and attend regular training days. Each month staff meet up for updates and training on new systems and processes. You will always see the team in their uniform and with their ID card displayed. When cleaning commercially this helps distinguish us from your staff especially if you have customers around.

We like to develop relationships with all our clients as it enables better working practices. It's imperative you know us as well as we know you. Regular emails and conversations are held with clients so we know that everyone is always happy with the service they are receiving.

Ruth Chapling

Founder & Company Director

Ruth is the company director. Her background is in Sales & Marketing. She moved with her family to Norfolk in 2018 and soon after launched the business.

Arran Chapling

Director & Floor Technician

Arran previously worked in the healthcare sector. He is now a fully qualified carpet, upholstery, hard floor and oven technician.

Chloe

Supervisor

Chloe is an experienced holiday let cleaner. She works on our Eastern Norfolk Team in Great Yarmouth.

Lisa

Lisa took a break from working in the restaurant industry to have her children and then joined Flawless when she returned to work.

Aaron

Aaron is studying at the UEA. He works in the evening commercial team, partnering with Jordan.

Jordan

Jordan was born in Scotland. He has several years commercial cleaning experience and now works with Aaron on the evening commercial team.

Connor

Connor loves festivals and is a really great guy to have on the team. He's always happy to put his hand to anything.

Stacey

Stacey worked in childcare for many years in nurseries and as a nanny before joining the Flawless Team.

Rebecca

Rebecca has worked in the schools for many years as a TA and cleaner. She now works in our education cleaning team.

Louise

Louise has many years experience cleaning. When she isn't out with the early morning team she can be found cleaning her own house or the local school.

Yulia

Yulia started with us after moving over from Ukraine. She works on both our domestic and commercial team.

Lyudmila

Lyudmila moved from Ukraine with her family and between looking after her 3 children she also cleans for Flawless on our domestic team.

Hannah

By day Hannah is an Optometry Assistant and by night she works on our commercial team. She loves getting in the zone and making clients premises look perfect.

Karen

Born and bred in Norwich, Karen enjoys working for Flawless Cleaning in the commercial cleaning team, whilst spending her afternoons dressing people’s hair through her mobile hair dressing business!

Layla

Layla is part of our East Norfolk team. When not working hard for Flawless Cleaning she enjoys spending time with her young family.

Tina

You don’t get more experienced than Tina. After 25 years she certainly knows how to do a good job.

Tunde

Tunde works hard at our solicitors firms, making sure they are clean and fresh for staff and clients alike.

Tasha

Tasha works in one of the market towns surrounding Norwich. When she isn't working, she spends her time with her young family.
